Truss & Beams(“we”, “us”) provides independent checking of structural calculation packages in the United Kingdom. You can reach us at info@trussbeams.ai.
When you request a pilot we collect the details you submit — your name, work email, firm, firm size, and any description of the package you would like checked. If you send a calculation package, we process the documents you provide for the sole purpose of running your check.
Contact details are used to respond to your enquiry and administer the pilot. Pilot packages are used to run your check and nothing else. They are never used to train any model, and there is no retention beyond the engagement.
Pilots run on superseded revisions, covered by an NDA agreed before anything is sent. Each engagement runs in its own isolated environment, encrypted in transit and at rest. Packages are deleted at the end of the engagement.
