These terms govern the free pilot offered by Truss & Beams. The pilot runs on a superseded calculation package you provide, under a non-disclosure agreement agreed in advance.
Pilot reports are advisory reviews, not independent check certification. The recompute is Category-3-style in rigour — full independent recalculation to EC2 and EC3 with the UK National Annexes — but it does not replace your appointed checker, and formal certification remains with them. A chartered engineer reviews and signs every Truss & Beams report.
All engineering decisions remain with the appointed chartered engineer and the design team. Truss & Beams outputs are advisory engineering records provided to support — not substitute — professional judgment.
Pilot packages are handled under NDA, processed in an isolated environment, never used for model training, and deleted at the end of the engagement.
